Online Video Presentation
Experience a new era of academic presentations by sharing your research from the comfort of your own space. Simply provide a pre-recorded video presentation lasting between 10 to 20 minutes or more for keynote lectures, along with your accompanying slides. Your research insights will be showcased to a global audience through our online channel on the day of the conference, according to the conference program. This approach not only conserves resources and time but also prioritizes the safety of all participants, truly embodying the 'New Normal' in academic conferencing.

ALL ACCEPTED PAPERS will be published in conference proceedings (with ISBN) and in one of the internationally refereed indexed ESN journals (full waiver in APC).

Separate certificates for the video presentation, keynote lectures, session chairmen, best paper awards, and committee membership.

Novel Content Awards
The top 3 papers showcasing the most novel and innovative content will each receive a prize of 250 euros. These awards aim to recognize groundbreaking research that pushes the boundaries of theoretical and applied sciences and engineering.

Two months after the conclusion of the conference, the 3 video presentations with the highest number of views will be honored with a signed and stamped official award certificate. This award highlights the reach and impact of the research within the academic and professional communities.

Longest Watch Time Awards
The 3 video presentations with the longest total watch time will also receive a signed and stamped official award certificate, acknowledging the depth of engagement and interest generated by these presentations. This award underscores the value and quality of the content presented.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
The Novel Content Awards awards will be conferred to the author(s) of a paper presented at the conference, selected by the Program/Conference/Doctoral Consortium Chairs. The decision criterion will consider both the paper quality (assessed by the Program Committee), and the video presentation quality. ​​
The decision criterion of other Awards will consider the conference channel metrics.
